Q: Nice to meet you, Roger! Are you ready for the interview?
A: Hello! My name is Roger and it's my pleasure to be at this interview. So, let's start.
Q: Give us a small introduction of your brand. How did it started?
A: We are a team of online casino managers, each with over 20 years' experience. We have run several Rival casinos in the past and had the opportunity to take over what we now call the Fab Four casinos (This is Vegas, Paradise8, DaVinci’s Gold and Cocoa Casino) in 2019. These are the oldest running Rival-powered casinos out there, originally launched in 2005. We could not refuse the opportunity to manage such a ‘dynasty’ of the gaming world and reinvent them for the newer generations of online players.
Q: I really impressed by your casinos and how valuable they are for gamblers. Who is the ideas generator in your company? Or is it the team work?
A: Oh, thanks. Nice question! We mainly work as a team and like to bounce things off each other until we get the perfect angle. So, yes, it's mainly a team work.
Q: For such work, I think, you have to be a very creative person. What is your greatest inspiration? What thing motivates you at work?
A: I like to be innovative and bring new things to the table. I am proud when we introduce a novel practice to this industry. For example, we are the first online casinos to offer depositing players 5 free spins every day for an entire year. Players love it and that makes me very happy.
