Candyland casino literally stole several hundred dollars from me. I made a 100 dollar deposit, with a wager free 200% deposit bonus, read through all of the terms and conditions and rules etc. I made a withdrawal request for nearly 500 dollars that I won, from my deposit on that specific bonus. There was no wagering requirement, no playthrough requirement. I had nearly 500 dollars available, I made the withdrawal request. Today I check to see the status, they changed my withdrawal amount to 50 dollars. When I questioned live support why they did this, he lied, stated I’d won the money from a stupid, crappy 5 free spins on lucky crazy cash, and that the max withdrawal amount was 50 dollars. I am not stupid. This was not true. Why on Earth would I deposit 100 dollars of my own cash, and proceed to attempt to withdraw it, knowing that 50 dollars was the max withdrawal amount? I am not a newbie. I know how casinos like to scam you. Candyland straight up STOLE from me and LIED to me.
