On January 26, 2000, Cynthia Jay decided to test her luck again after celebrating her boyfriend's mother's birthday at the Desert Inn.

Of course, Cynthia Jay-Brennan was able to pay for both the wedding and the luxurious honeymoon. Unfortunately, a few weeks later, she was hit by a drunk driver, leaving her paralyzed. After that, Jay-Brennan became actively involved in charity, donating the money won to other people affected in similar situations, as well as to funds against drunk driving.

1. $39.7 million in Megabucks at Excalibur Casino

The biggest slot machine win ever was picked up at Excalibur Casino on March 21, 2003. On this day, a 25-year-old tourist was just visiting his family.
